'Chris Brown - Forever' is Eurodance/ Pop
'Jordan Sparks - One Step At A Time' is Pop with R&B influences
'Rihanna - What's My Name' is Pop/ Electo-R&B
'Chris Brown - Forever' is Eurodance/ Pop

'Rihanna - What's My Name' is Pop/ Electo-R&B
R&B has evolved in many ways though to be fair.
I guess it can be about interpretation.
Though I was once told the best way to put a song into that genre is to say, for example, 'if a white person was singing Chris brown - forever would you call it r&b?' Probably not.
Or if a white woman was singing 'a aliyah - try again would you call it r&b still?' And the answer would be yes.
