  It looked beautiful although not sure I'd put Marsala in it. Might give it a go.

  Tried the egg yolk in cheese sauce. It makes it very rich. Nice but too much could be sickening.
  
  Marcus seems rather partial to a poached egg. There was another last night on his spinach soup.
