Nah.. he is a nice bloke, extremely gorgeous. He will do well. He has a charm that James Arthur and Matt Cardle lacked and good looks. It will take him far.

No need to congratulate him at all - it's the X Factor machine that has won - and the gullible GBP have brought into the mediocrity

Congrats to him, you know there are some people on this forum who were so sure that Ben wouldn't win the X Factor they back tracked into "Uptown Funk" will still be Christmas Number One over Ben.

Now even when he has earned his Christmas Number One, there are still some people saying this is the best he will ever get, his 5 minutes of fame are over or going on about mediocrity.

Alternatively he deserved his win on The X Factor, he had a good catchy song to get him to Christmas Number one and now its down to see how the rest of his career pans out instead of putting him down.

Let him have his moment like you all would have demanded if your favourite won and got Christmas Number One :)

Once again Cowell has turned the xmas No 1 into a bore fest. Why oh why do people follow like sheep and buy into this crap?

Never had a favourite - the winner never entered my radar as having any charisma, talent or individuality - so all in all a perfect X Factor winner

Well something needs to wash away the taste of the sour grapes.

He won, he's number one. How mean spirited a person does one have to be to predict his downfall with the glee that some on here have done? Like him or not, why can't people just wish him well?

Sadly there are some who just cant let him have his moment. Cant take away the fact he is #1 and will hopefully prove the doubters wrong next year. ;-)

Number 1 because of a campaign to get it to number one so that XF didn't. Hence it's related to XF.
