Yeah, daughter I believe. The duet was amazing, and then the Wake Up song, that was great. I can't wait for the OST, and I am really hoping it is on it.

I'd like to hear the duet in full if that exists, not suddenly interrupted as it was in the episode.
Singing was quite nice, didn't get in the way of the episode and even enhanced what was going on a bit, so can't complain. I can't understand the people on the episode thread saying it was a full-in yer face sing fest- musical style episode. It was mostly going on in the background on my TV. Maybe it's the same people that complain every week about everything being too loud apart from people talking, which is too quiet? Just a theory, but maybe there's a link. Although I would ask those people to look in their TV's audio settings and change something if it bothers them so much. Maybe you've got some kind of bass boost on or something without realising? It's happened before in our house, if one of the kids plays around with the remote or something.
She deliberately wavered on a part or 2 because she was supposed to be worried. It's called acting:p That's how I saw it anyway.

Even if it did transform the episode into a full-on musical (which is a completely wrong assertion, especially if one is a Buffy fan), I would accept such an anomaly as a healthy example of the genre experimentation that has characterised the programme ever since the Hartnell years.
And yeah, I've occasionally noticed our TV being inexplicably in some sort of 'absurd surround sound' mode that must be turned off so noises on the stereo periphery don't overwhelm the dialogue.

His daughter I believe.
I still prefer Vale Decem, but that's probably just my particular bias.

I really liked the way the little door-opening song blended in with the action score going on at the time.
A friend said she hated it and the girl couldn't hold a note. I simply pointed out that she was an alien and doesn't use the same musical scale as us
agree,i also hated it.i dont like that kind of singing and it spoiled the episode.a ridiculous amount in the episode.
Next time they show an alien religion perhaps they can base their liturgy on farting.
Cobblers. She may have wavered on the occasional note, but I'd rather hear that than Auto-tune.

me too! and the girl was amazing too, good little actress as well as singing she was so cute
It was more than the odd note. It was quite painful in places to my ears and autotune is only for rank amateurs.
Ok she's only a little girl but it could have been better.
