Switching from WLR to LLU

I'm currently with OneTel and have their Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) product.
I'm thinking of switchind to Talk Talk for the bundled line rental, calls and broadband offer. I understand that TalkTalk is a LLU product in my area.
Is it simply a matter of ordering TalkTalk in the normal way (via their website), and they'll take care of taking over the line from OneTel?
I know people who have migrated from BT (ie paying their line rental to BT) to TalkTalk and everything went smoothly.

The better alternative, IMHO, would be switching your line rental back to BT and then selecting whatever suited your own usage pattern from HERE.
