Not that I am aware of

Don't forget that PBS was also added to the Virgin Line Up of channels amongst others like Sony

It was CBS Action that was added and not CBS Drama, Virgin viewers are still waiting for this channel to be added

The ones that are confirmed as coming to Virgin Media are

Alibi HD - coming in July.
4seven - coming in the summer.
Channel 5 + 1 - coming at some point this year.

Other than missing HD & +1 channels and ones Sky aren't going to hand over, there isn't really that much left that is worth watching that we don't have.

Seriously, could someone name a few?

errrrrr VH-1 Classic closed down... there is only MTV Classic, i agree to an extent...

But then i come down to the old situation that the picture quality is so dire on all the MTV SD music channels that i'd probably settle more for youtube.

... my only thing about MTV Classic is that its good back ground music, but i think between VM and Viacom they stopped listening a long time ago about re-adding this channel.

I can name a few:

MTV classic
MTV live
CBS Drama
NHK world News
Al Jazeera news
TCM 2
Premier Sports (I know they had a disagreement over it - it could still come)
Trace Sports
Premier sports extra
Primetime

not alot but there you go

MTV Classic Viacom removed it, broadcaster's fault.
MTV Live We have it in HD.
CBS Drama Judging by the fact the other 3 aren't on the M package despite the fact they're FTA, I suspect the broadcaster doesn't want to pay for a slot (little money).
NHK World HD & Al Jazeera English Both award winning channels, should be prioritized.
TCM 2 Its only on 8 hours a day and surely the better films are on 1?
Premier Sports (Extra) Piss poor coverage unless your a rugby fan or whatever one sport it was.
Trace Sports Who? (as above)
Primetime All the Primetime PPV events are done through On Demand, don't need the channel.

Maybe piss poor coverage, but it caters for some football, rugby and speedway that sky arn't showing. So yes I would like it. if it's only on for 8 hours then still would be good, I'd watch it (TCM2).
I know its done through OD, but do we carry primetimes events? we carry sky's....

TCM2 is a +1 of TCM running from 8pm to 4am during and using Cartoonito's downtime which VM carry, a bit of a pointless channel if you have a V+ or TiVo and even more pointless with TCM's repeats.

if it's that pointless then why is it carried on sky?

so we have cartoonito, so the downtime on virgin is not being used? thats even more pointless than having the channel using the space.

failed logic?

Tracesports is actually a decent channel it has plenty of Sports Documentarys on it. I hope you guys on VM do get this channel as it really would be a good addition.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony movies ended up on VM soon too. As for MTV Live being already on vm in HD what about those who aren't on the XL package? (or whatever it's called now) there is a MTVLive SD channel now.

Exactly my point. Im ok as im on XL but not everyone is.

i don't know if Tivo lets you view HD channels whilst plugged into scart for SD. if it doesn't then what about those who haven't got HD?

Virgin Media better show CBS Drama, they're showing Models Inc. again at the end of July, the only show in the 90210 franchise that I haven't seen, and I can't even watch it online

Why are you listing Premier Extra. It is only on 12 hours a week as a min to fulfil its holding pattern on Sky. Premier Sports have lots of decent sport these days.

To you it may be. But it's not all about you. And I like the channel.
