I tunes import cd help needed.

Hi, I am trying to load a cd onto i tunes that on the cover states there is 'other' content on the disc as goodies as a bonus. However the program does not load any songs and when I checked the D drive it does not show a cd in the drive ????
I have tried using WMP as well but no good.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
