We first heard that Shabnam has a secret from January 2014. The actress said we won't know Shabnam's secret until next year.

What do you think her secret is?

    The only one I could come up with is that she got married in Pakistan and came home on holiday and never went back to him.

    I think it's either an eating disorder or something to do with her religious conversion. I think she's the most interesting Masood at the moment.

    But then her mum would be in on the secret, its so easy to have a secret marriage there, marriages are big and public things. But its a good idea.

    Someone suggested she had bulimia the other day after one of her scenes, saying maybe it was a hint.

    She isn't really in the show enough for people to care.

    The masoods are mainly filler chracters these days

    I'm intrigued.

    I really like Shabnam. She, along with Nancy, are two of the most likable females on the show.

    I hope her secret is a good one.

    Her secret is that she isn't really Shabnam and that the totally different appearance and personality is not just a coincidence.
