I really like the ad, it's jolly and not too way out. Jools only appears right at the end in the final cut so it's not some Big Up Me kind of escapade. It's quite pleasant imo.
That delayed smile really does communicate to me that he's just cut up more bodies in his cellar and is unwinding by playing the piano. His sense of satisfaction is palpable.
Obviously it's just poor direction and editing. Jools Holland doesn't really cut up bodies in his cellar whilst drowning out the screams with boogie-woogie music, does he?
