That would be very good news for the start of the Olympic Games : it would be pretty depressing if the first few days (including the Opening Ceremony) took place in cold weather and torrential rain.
That would fit Danny Boyle's Opening Ceremony theme though!
Yes, he could probably argue he was giving the audence typical British weather as well as landscapes
Yeah, just about an hour and a half's flight down to the Med....
All the hard work of HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program)
It diagnosis instruments that can be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region. therefore can control the weather
Great value for money at less than half a billion dollars, no?
what a waste of money. i could tell them all about the physical processes in the excited region. Almost a lifetime's study in fact. Not just theoretical, but hands on, also
Gotta be the dullest first half of July, ever recorded. Not just by a bit, but by a country mile. Edinburgh only recorded 1.6 hours of Sun ~ IN JULY !!!
Even the worst Summers have been better than this, so far. Never has the dullness and wetness been quite so sustained.
Actually, I think it might become very nice. Just fine, dry and warm, without being absurdly hot.
