    I'd like to think Conor was bitter about his experience and about how he ended up but he's too thick to be sensitive to that.

    I can only assume that his side-splitting joke is based on the fact that Wolfie is a lesbian, so practically a man, and that there is therefore no difference between her and Luke. It's only a pity he couldn't have squeezed something racist in there to make it as offensive as humanly possible.
