Just a shame we are going to get a lot of spoilers.

No wonder we'll never get that Susan Boyle moment ever again...

I like that Sharon has started dressing quite nice rather than wearing black wedding dresses every week, as she used to.

We're currently witnessing a total redefinition of the phrase "a very powerful voice." That's all we can say. #xfactor

One act just won a round of applause from an audience of cynical industry insiders & professional critics. *drops phone and claps* #XFactor

    Most probably Sam Bailey

Wasnt sure about Sharon Osbourne's #XFactor return at first but after seeing the 1st ep she brings back the fun factor.

Just seen first X Factor episodes for this weekend. Have to say it's really strong. Much better than last year. Mrs O makes HUGE difference.

Having the room auditions back makes a really big difference. And the boot camp twists looks very exciting too. #thexfactor

There's a contestant on X Factor this year called Tamera. She's the absolute stand out - could be a British Rihanna. Very exciting.

Dont get too sucked into what people like Dan Wooton and James Ingham have said about the first episode. These journalists get given treats such as popcorn, cakes, chocolates and watched the opening episode on a massive screen when obviously everything looks better and environment is better than just watching it on tv at home. The opening episode was fairly standard run of the mill stuff according to people who were there [less biased people].

Look at you downplaying the positive reports from the screening. We get that you hate the show.

X Factor is on course for it's best series in a long while, you'll just have to accept that. Your anti-XF spin is ridiculous.

"Standard run-of-the-mill stuff", isn't that what we love about X Factor? :D

They have tweeted about the show. Food has nothing to do with that. It's not like they got high.

That tweet has been removed now. Guess they told him to take it down.

Were you not aware of Susan Boyle's audition before it was televised then? I remember reading about it in the tabloids some time before the episode aired. It's a shame that it wasn't kept under wraps because it meant her performance didn't have the desired impact for those of us who knew.
