Nine fantastic acts have performed tonight, but only seven of them will advance to the fifth live show. You, as a member of the DS public, can play an important role in selecting who makes it through and who doesn't. The act that ends up with the fewest votes once the lines close will leave the competition in 9th place, while the 7th and 8th-placed acts will have to fight over that last precious spot during the sing-off.
To vote, please send me a set of rankings of these acts (9-1, with 9 being your favourite act and 1 being your least favourite act). Anyone can vote, whether you're one of the show's judges or a viewer - every vote counts.
The lines will close at 8:30 PM, giving you about an hour to vote. This is not a lot of time, so the earlier you get your votes to me the better.
In the meantime, feel free to stick around and discuss the show on this thread.
I love the fact you mixed up the songs and tried to put your own spin on it, if I had one piece of advice is to try and find something which offers a bit more focus on harmonies rather than individual voices who just happen to be singing together as that what can make a group really stand out but congrats
Karis Thomas:
Im a pretty big KT Tunstall fan so I was a bit sceptical going into this but this offered something different from the original it had your own spin and doing an accoustic performance does deserve credit. I liked it well done
Jesse Kinch:
Hi, okay so this may not be what you want to hear but I didn't like it. It may be down to personal taste as I don't particularly like the original either but this sounded extremely generic without showing much range in your voice. Ive seen your previous choices and know you can do better so hopefully if you survive you will be able to fight back better than ever
I'll carry on with comments soon my computer going slow and I need to get the voting sent
