By pressing the Shift key 5 times, an option windows will appear.
To remove the StickyKeys feature, click the Settings button.
Then in the resulting accessibility options window, click the Keyboard tab.
    Uncheck the Use StickyKeys checkbox.
    Click the StickyKeys Settings button.
    Uncheck the Use Shortcut checkbox.
Click Apply, then click OK twice to exit all open windows.

    Try that?

    Nope, t4hat4 didn't4 work eit4her. I had what4 y7ou're refering t4o a while ago t4hough, where it4 changes t4he let4t44ers int4o numbers. But4 t4his only7 seems t4o be affect4ing my t4's and my7 y7's.

It the 'function' key. Might be marked as 'function' or 'fnc'.
