I do 1.5 hours of cardio + toning/weights a couple of times per week. Only because I'm trying to lose weight. Not because i enjoy it.

I do a lot of swimming usually. But I had surgery not long ago and I'm not allowed to swim til the wounds heal. I miss it so much...

I'll give it another twenty-one years. I don't intend to be some sort of fanatic about it.

What are you, some kind of lightweight?

I don't believe any of you!

I like to do enough to keep myself ticking over. I find it both enjoyable and rewarding.

I do an hour on the cross-trainer, a couple of sets of situps and a couple of sets of weights, 3-4 times a week.

If I didn't eat so many biscuits, cakes and other rubbish, I'd be in great shape!

Respect to all the peeps who do, and who've said so on this thread. It's good, isn't it? We know.
