A poem for the ladies

Just had this sent to me. Made me smile :)

He didn't like the casserole
And he didn't like my cake,
He said my biscuits were too hard
Not like his mother used to make.

I didn't perk the coffee right
He didn't like the stew
I didn't mend his socks
The way his mother used to do.

I pondered for an answer
I was looking for a clue.
Then I turned around and
smacked the shit out of him...
Like his mother used to do.

;)

    Nice...
A poem about how a woman who is a slave for her husband and then subjects him to even more physical violence as a reminder of his childhood.

It's not even a very good poem on the subject. The stanzas are out.

Maybe the trick is not to marry someone who expects you to be exactly like his mother.

Very good - but the penultimate line doesn't scan.
