EPG is wrong

Since the retune last week we've noticed twice so far that the EPG has shown 'How it's made' being broadcast on Quest (usually late in the evening) but the actual programme being shown is something completely different (both times the programme actually being shown is one presented by Martin Kemp).

It's 11.30pm on Sunday and I've just noticed it for the second time.

Has anyone else noticed the same thing?

    The BBC World Service schedule is always wrong on the Freeview EPG for about a week after the changes to and from GMT. It's the same on Freesat. I don't know about other delivery platforms.
