Backing track featuring heavy vocals on the chorus

I noticed that during OTY's last performance, Im a fan of them and I think they'd have done well even without the backing track on the chorus, but I couldn't help noticing the odd similarity to Lakoda Rayne singing Come On Eileen during XF US Season 1, the chorus and the part right after, they're obviously singing along but the backing track is really loud, I don't think thats fair...
