Do certain Xbox games come with 48 hour online code?

I can't remember where i seen this, but was wondering if it was true that any Xbox 360 games come with a free online code which enables you to play online for 48 hours if you don't have a Gold account, or rather you've bought the game new, and can register it for the code somewhere?

I think you can expect to find one in the first party games.

48 hour codes don't come with all games, but more than likely games that will be have a big multiplayer function and, though it can vary, will be a big title as well.

Some games that I've bought that had them include all the Halo games, the Gears Of War games, Mass Effect 3 and (I think) a Fifa game included it too.

    Hope that helps.

I've got a few of those 48 pass codes. Used one last night to get some golden keys for Borderlands 2. (cheers to boxx http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1776626&page=3).

Got a few spare if anyone wants...
