Sky Questionnaire for University

Hello all!
I think this would be the right place to post this. Basically, on my University course, we currently have a brief asking us to "communicate Sky's brand purpose and personality through words and tone"
To help my development of ideas, I felt I needed to gain some first hand research from those who already have Sky, therefore I would really appreciate any response at all to this questionnaire. Would be of huge help to me.
Thanks

Somebody didn't stay on.
Good luck, OP!
The HD Picture
The number of channels
Being able to record stuff easy
The cost for HD at around £35 a month
Sometimes having to wait long for US shows to air.
Having to pay more for extra box with the same channels.
Free Multi Room
Sky Go Extra
Good things
Channels launch sooner than on rival platforms such as Virgin Media and there are more of them, such as +1 channels
There are more channels in general on satellite than cable and other platforms, and there are also more free channels too.
It has a slick and technologically advanced interface and features.
Bad things
Charging extra for HD channels
Charging too much for Sky Movies in comparison to Netflix and Lovefilm, and charging too much for Sky Sports and their packages in general.
The content on the documentary channels has far too much reality boredom and is too lightweight, need more compelling content back such as Current TV and History getting its act together and stop playing MASH on H2.
What could they offer that they don't now?
HD channels as standard as Virgin Media do.
+1s on the Sky Movies channels
Documentary channels that are riveting, not about rivets!
