Samsun KPDCS - 12B LCD

I have just spent 45 minutes trying to get through to a person at Samsun, I have been given four different number to call and I am fuming. Jeez - all I want to know is how to change the language on the LCD back to English - anyone with a bit of nounce out there know how to do it?
