This made me laugh- he's blatantly been waiting for his big moment ever since BB1!

You saw the episode then? Maybe Raef took a step back in order to let his mate shine like the star he wishes he is!

I KNEW I'd seen him somewhere before!

Thank god it was that, and not from some drunken night out....

It shouldnt really be a surprise that ben could cook, it seems like something ben would be interested in unlike cleaning.

Ben has said in the past he would like to cook one day, but i think doesn't want to cross Nathans path.

He was making a trifle the other day, I think he was doing it while Nathan was out in the garden shouting at Shabby or Keeva. He had mentioned about making it and Nathan laughed and sneered and Ben said I make great trifle I will make one.

So there was good old Ben helping his friend out.

Not so selfish after all eh?;)

...and it makes sense that Ben would have nice friends like Raef. :)

Ben and Josie have both said they'd love to cook, and I'm sure others would too. Ben has said to Nathan today that he doesn't need to cook three meals a day for them. But Nathan didn't take the hint and thinks that it's his job and he wouldn't like other people's cooking. Such a pain in the ar%e.

Lets see if he does the cooking after tonight. Or if he's just going to let others do it like he does with everything else. ;)

most of that food was bought in, and Ben looked way out of his depth in that kitchen. He did get the credit for it though, which was funny.

..... and you will see that he did virtually all the cooking.

So why isn't he doing any in the house?

If I recall, he (well Raef) was highly praised for roasted vegetables, straight from Waitrose pre packed ;-) I adore Ben but somehow think the CDWM meal was successful more by luck than judgement.

Ben is friends with Raef from the Apprentice... why doesn't this surprise me at all?

LOL... lots in common - similar love of bouffant hairstyles, for a start....
