Laura's mobility rate has been increased, so we can now get a car. The problem is we now have no parking space, as we gave ours up when she lost the car.
So, do I order a car, and get a Blue Badge, and shuffle the car around in the hopes of a parking space becoming vacant over the next few weeks (doubtful), or do I not bother and struggle.
