I admit I wanted Michelle Gayle to represent the UK that year, but Andy did do a great performance on the night (good staging to fit the song and great vocals).

I really like Even If, I don't get the hate some people have for it.

Josh Dubovie- That Sounds Good to Me, one of the cheesiest songs ever:

"How do I begin to imagine, all the happy faces I'd like to see?"

A f*cking atrocious song, Pete Waterman should be ashamed of himself.

2010 was the worst entry the UK has ever sent, it was embarrassingly bad.

I hope whoever had the idea to hire Pete Waterman was duly fired.

2010...because no matter how close others came to be in terms of terrible songs, I cringed most watching Josh. Even more so than Scooch.

Agreed. Scooch were bad but in a cheesy way. Josh's song was just embarrassing

'Flying The Flag' was the UK's nadir without a shadow of a doubt.

I own the CD single of that  It's cheesier than the supermarket cheese counter but I bought the CD for a laugh :D

2015 is the worst ever by a mile...

I've only heard it once, but I didn't think it was bad, especially when compared to the likes of Daz Sampson and Josh Dubovie.

Andy Abraham of X Factor fame. It was terrible.

Whatever happened to him since? Did he release any more music?

To be fair, I can was pretty amazing. We should have done significantly better. Damn jury :( I don't even think the jury rehearsal sounds that bad from the clips on YouTube.

I totally agree. IIRC, it was also the year where the BBC got huge ratings for the show (and has not topped it since)

Agree with both of you. I have much love for I Can (was a closet Blue fan in my late teens, no doubt where it stems from ), although the staging did let them down a lot.

I have a feeling Josh is going to have a rival next year in this Poll .....

Looking at the poll results, it seems people have forgotten just how rubbish our 2008 entry actually was. Mabybe some people have voted for the songs they remember and have always disliked. I think that description fits the 2007 and 2010 entries anyway.

They played 2010 on Radio 2 this morning. Truly, truly abysmal.

The BBC should hang their heads in shame, there's not a single good song amongst them. Poor Josh was probably the most embarrassing even though the others are awful too.

We have so much talent in this country and the BBC always manage to pick the worst song possible. Anybody would think they don't want us to win ;-)
