Aw that is a shame you missed it. Are there no tour venues ( http://www.midnighttango.co.uk/dates/ ) that you could make it to as this is the final year for Midnight Tango and it would be a shame for you to miss it if you love it.
I went last night - it was fantastic! So difficult to know where to look as there was so much going on. Loved the cafe owner and his wife, but all the dancers were amazing (as were the band).
Only small gripe - the dancers weren't introduced and it was difficult to tell who was who from the programme! It would have been nice to know who they all were.
I saw Midnight Tango last night at Woking and it was fantastic, I have the DVD so knew roughly what to expect but you can't beat a live show, all the dancers were great, especially Vincent and Flavia who lit up the stage and the band were superb, it's difficult to choose a favourite dance but it's probably the rumba in the second half of the show - where Flavia is wearing a white dress - which I found very moving. I went with a friend who is not a dancer and she loved the show nearly as much as me

I haven't saw the show this year yet.... dying to see it though! Glad you both enjoyed it. I agree Ruby about the white dress rumba.... I think that is definitely my favourite too. I have saw the show a few times now, and each time they pour everything into it like it is the first time they have danced it. Beautiful.

This was the first time I'd seen the show live and there was so much going on that I'm pleased I've got the DVD so I can see all the bits I missed in the theatre - a really fabulous show
Once the current Midnight Tango tour finishes in August, Flavia and Vincent will be going back to the drawing board to devise a whole new show.
"We are so appreciative of people coming back for three years but we think it's time we gave them something new. We will be putting together a new theatre show which will be very different but hopefully just as good. We'll try our best to make it as good as Midnight Tango."

Am better now though and saw Pasha and Katya tonight (which was great entertainment, and some wonderful dancing ). MT looks like a different sort of show......maybe I'll get to see their new show next year

The details of the new show Dance 'Til Dawn are starting to come out now with some venues going on sale tomorrow. Lots more venues to be added though and I think there will a new website with more details soon.
