So, a male-female cross-party relationship that doesn't involve anyone from the cabinet.
Hmm, not exactly going to tear government apart, is it?
Depends how influential they are behind the scenes (or in fact, at the front of the scenes). Not all the power - in fact not even anywhere near the majority of the power - lies with Cabinet. There are lots of very influential people who are non elected and whose appointment or sacking, not to mention their period in post, can have ramifications in all sorts of ways.
No.10 rocked by secret love affair: 'Stunned' PM holds crisis talks over fears tryst will 'blow political agenda out of the water'.
Oh I do hope so. It's about time some of the sanctimonious gits were given what-for...and I don't just mean the Tories. I'm sick of smug, lying, double-dealing politicians in general. The sad thing is that the half-decent ones aren't ruthless enough to climb the greasy pole and get into positions whereby they can make a difference to government.
From what I've seen on Twitter, lots of people seem to know but there's an injunction so no one has
spilled the beans just yet. The fact that so many claim to know means it won't stay secret for too long.
If it isn't 'serving politicians' then it could well be the spouse/significant other of a senior politician or two. Perhaps.

Shower of self-aggrandizing, morally bankrupt shits.
Point well made, but Farage is in another league:D

Yeah, how can it be so shocking if it's from the past, and doesn't involve anyone from the current cabinet? What is Cameron afraid of happening here?
