EE - Why cant Tony speak without nodding his head constantly ??

Has anyone else noticed that whenever he speaks he nods his head left and right, up and down.............it's very off putting !! He's like one of those nodding dogs you see on the back of cars :D

    I think it's the fact he constantly has to be reassuring to Whitney or Bianca as he's constantly lying. If you nod subtly while telling a lie the person is usually more likely to believe you.

    I didn't notice that but I really hate the way in every scene he whispers, I can understand why he does it when it's with Whitney but he seems to do it all the time. Other than that, Chris is a really good actor I think.

    It's to do with the type of character, like he's letting Whitney know "he's right"

    Yeah but even in the scene today with the Doctor, Morgan and Bianca he talked really low.

    He's pretty wooden (pardon the expression). It would have better if they had made him less self-conscious and why do all EastEnders baddies have to be northern? It's anti-north!

    Noway is Chris wooden, he is playing the part of Tony brilliantly, he is so creepy. Chris is a very good actor.

    I think that's part of the character though. I think insecurity is probably a large part of paedophilia, as you would surely have to have this side to your personality if you are looking for relationships with children.

    He completely creeps me out and I find him quite believable. I think he's a very good actor and incredibly brave to take on the role of such a vile man.

    Since he is at home all day, he watches a lot of TV and the churchill advert plays a lot. "Oh Yes!".

    I don't remember Andy Hunter, Johnny Allen or Mad May having northern accents. :confused::D

    The nodding dog was back again last night.

    I know we're not supposed to like him as a character, but eveything about him is just plain annoying. The actor is dire !!

    Chris is doing a brilliant job playing the part of Tony, EE wouldn't of got a dire/crap actor to play such a role, this storyline is to sentative. EE did really well casting Chris.
