Watching Apps from different country's

I wanted to see if I could watch the 7 Plus Australia app in the UK, I changed the region to Australia on my Xbox One and downloaded the app. Then I put the DNS numbers in my Xbox that I got from UNOTelly as this works on the Netflix app. The problem is when I go to watch a TV program on the 7 Plus app it won't let me, it says cannot play video and that I need to be in Australia. I thought using the UNOTelly DNS would work on this app as it works using the app on my PC. Am I doing something wrong or will it just won't work? I just thought i'd experiment
