  There's no reason why the remaining 20 sites can't start testing whenever if they're ready, or even come on air. All we know is all thirty should be on air, for at least Mux 7, by end of June.
  
  Ch 31 is indeed allocated to Caradon for Mux 7 (Ch 37 for Mux 8)

  I'm not getting anything on 31 on a Sony TV (is Freeview HD capable). I have excellent line of sight to Caradon HIll.
  
  Either it's off again or it's just your receiver getting hung up on something.

  They're on the BBC B mux, nothing to do with COM7/8.
