Changing my Orchid dialler - adding new bar's.

I think this thread will be aimed mainly at friend Heinz.
I have an Orchid dialler which is set up very similar to the 'Heinz method' but not quite.
My son yesterday discovered he could dial the time 123 instead of looking at the clock, and incurred a 25p cost from BT, so I want to include a bar on this, as well as the current bar on 1471 (which has stopped him using the '3' method).
At the same time, I could like to bar the overseas premium rate code 00979.
How do I go about this without upsetting all my other settings, which are working perfectly well?
