I've changed from Love Film to them a month or so ago. I didn't receive my second rental so they made sure I was sent the new Saints Row for release day.
Had GTA on my list but just bought it as it was going to take a week, adding Splinter Cell instead, which I should have in a couple of days.

They have gone downhill i reported a game missing in post 2 days ago still heard nothing back.
They used to respond within 24 hours , they haven't even updated my account. Think i'll be cancelling if this is how they're going to be.

Your not the only one who is having huge problems with them.
I dont think they expected such a huge demand after Lovefilm made their genius decision to throw away money from a loyal fan base...

I have been hearing good things about Blockbuster who are trying to reorganise themselves (again) to be able to offer next gen games in large numbers.

With amazingly epic decision making like this you have to ask whether Microsoft bought Lovefilm rather than Amazon? (Lovebone?/Bonefilm...or is that more of a porn film title?)

Cancelled my subscription. I found the service to be very poor, extremely slow dispatch speeds (even for titles that said "IN STOCK NOW!"

I currently use blockbuster for blu ray movies apart from once when they took money twice (they refunded it after a call) i've not had any issues. I may simply cancel boomerang and just upgrade my package with Blockbuster to include games.

So how are people finding these after switching over from Lovefilm?

Looking to start renting games again, Are these now the only place you can rent games?

I find them exceptionally slow and every order I made with them was late being dispatched. On the bright side, they do give you points when they are slow - problem was I received points EVERY single time they sent something out to me! Whilst it's good if you play extremely, extremely casual, it's not ideal when you really just want to play!

However, that was when LoveFilm first stopped doing games, so could entirely be due to extremely high demand.

Might give them another go... A few games I'm interested in, but anxious about investing in due to bad reviews, etc etc.
