Humax 1010s Wifi Issues

My Wifi keeps dropping when viewing on demand channels or YouTube.
I have had this issue for some time now, probably since the Humax 1010S was purchased but I never realised as I did not view the on demand programs.
Everything works fine, and I can watch a programme for around 15 minutes, then the signal is lost. Viewing settings shows that the box is not connected to the Internet.
Searching for a wifi channel does not work, no signals found. I try this several times before switching the box off at the wall.
On switching it back on a WiFi connection returns and all is well, I can watch the entire show and more without issues.
Until the next time, which could be several days later, then the same issues all over again.
Humax have said this is a problem with the box and I need to return it for a replacement.
Before I do that I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue?
