  I used to work at a place where there was requirement to be available on lunch break, and now I'm not but old habits die hard, and I rarely take my full break allocation or leave on time.

  I often don't even get to use the toilet during a 13 hour shift.

  I should take them but some days I just take quick breaks instead of my full allocation as I find them so boring. Once you've had something to eat and read the newspaper, there isn't much else to do in our staff canteen.
