Wasn't really the Cyber-King. There was another Cyber-King. The red outfit was worn by a woman called Mercy, that by the end of the story had been half converted into a cyberman, but she was killed before the conversion was complete.
Not remotely. I think it's pretty much unarguable that his outfit is iconic and memorable. You are quite entitled to feel others are more so, however there is nothing unreasonable about my comment at all - the impact that Jack made when he appeared in the show was enormous and his outfit was a big part of it.
I honestly thought you were being a bit tongue-in-cheek, what with him being - at the time - an incidental character. I don't disagree that his look became iconic though (you could tell who it was by his silhouette) albeit in Torchwood. Context is everything is what I'm saying.

I know. I was simply using a shorthanded way of referencing her to make it easier to "get" who I was talking about. I was unaware at the time of other Cyberkings. There was only one in TND.

I really like the second Romana's too. The Pink coat and White scarf, that is.

Examples:
Who's that fella waiting for the dryers?
This gentleman needs some £1 magic gloves and a no brand deodorant
BUT!
Captain. The world is waiting.
Good grief, that took far too long!
Especially in Terminus
