Dearest Poppet I am reminded of something I once said to my dear acquaintance Bill, "What's the point?"
You should not inhale the cigar smoke. The high alkalinity and poor amount of nicotine will make you cough and besides, you can enjoy a cigar’s flavor and body without inhaling.

Going out in the sun is bad for you.
Living in the city is bad for you.
Eating meat is bad for you.
Drinking alcohol is bad for you.
Eating vegetables is bad for you.
Mobile phones are bad for you.
Using a computer to read these words is bad for you.
If smoking a cigar isn't a big deal for you then, sure. Avoiding it will move the odds in your favour slightly but if you enjoy it then I guess it's another chance you take right along with eating steak or using a mobile phone.
Funnily enough, I didn't know that. Which is probably I always feel sick as a dog when trying to inhale Cigars, yet am quite a heavy smoker. That'll teach me.
Anyone can say anything care free, try losing someone at a young age because of a particular illness, you wouldn't be so carefree about life then!
I do not know the answer, but i doubt it is as good for you as not smoking 1 cigar a month.
I did, infact I was about 7 then I realised life isn't infinite and people die. Some get cancer, some have a heart attack etc just accept that fact and move on.
