Uncredited appearance by Mike Smith on Radio Two

On Radio Two last night their series 'At The BBC' was covering Madness. The credit for the show (where it can also be heard) at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01nhbbk states 'Johnnie Walker introduces a history of Madness' which indeed he does for the opening link, but then it launches without explanation into what seems to an archive documentary about Madness presented by Mike Smith.
To switch presenters a few minutes into a show sounds odd enough. It's all the more unfortunate, given Mike Smith's recent sad death, that Radio Two did not credit him as at least the co-presenter of the show.
