I've just started watching Marco Polo today and in the first episode, Barbara asks The Doctor 'Have you found the fault?'
There's so many stories this quote could have come from, thought I'd see if this was the one. Not sure if it was a slight error putting the 'Yet' on the end, but just thought I'd put it forward as a possible answer?
