According to BBC they are not releasing it to April 13th, this seems quite a way into the compaign?

There must be a tactical reason for this?, to stick in peoples minds?, or do people not take any notice of them?

    It's the same date as in 2010.

    They will be quite safe as since the last election manifestos = lies anyway.
