Gold medal for high jump at school, many, many years ago.

Edit: I forgot that I have a few rossettes from my horse riding days.

A third place certificate for 25m freestyle swimming - age 10.

    BAGA awards 1,2,3 and 4.

And bronze, silver and gold medals in Ballroom, Latin and Rock and Roll.

Brilliant - I'd be dead proud of that.

Well done :) Which one do you prefer? I can't do any, but I love the Quick Step, Tango and Pasodoble.

That's really hard - ballroom and latin.

I used to like Latin much the most, but actually Ballroom is lovely to dance and the Foxtrot is really hard, but when you've got it it's the most lovely dance.

And I love Tango, which is ballroom.

I haven't done it for a long time now though - no partner:(

Go and learn, it's fabulous and you get fit and supple without even realising it.

I heard level 6 was the lowest and 1 was the highest. I remember Dermot O'Learey (I'm sure it was him) on T4 (or was it The Bigger Breakfast?) said he got a 6 and he got a coach in to monitor him prove it and he did. I don't really know anyone who has got a 1, well actually I know someone who SAID they had a 1 but I don't believe them.

This sounds like a much more modern set of awards than the one I did.

:( I'm really shy about doing things like that, but I would love to, so will seriously consider it.
