She's done sweet eff all but moan about how difficult the pregnancy has been with endless medical issues. And I believe that because she's looked grim throughout. The idea that she'd be doing a longhaul flight this late was always ridiculous anyway so this announcement of hers is just KP transparently tying up the loose ends of her year of spin.

She didn't set out to embarrass herself, spongebag, it's just a bi-product of her spin and her lack of thinking things through.
My opinion is that she has known for a while that the Aus trip was a no-goer but persisted with it as part of her 'I do as I like' persona who won't be ruled by good sense and logic. She was also blathering on about 'lazy' mothers-to-be who used leave as an excuse for sitting around doing nothing - unlike her, an international business woman with fingers in pies needing poking all over the globe who wasn't going to let a mere pregancy get in the way of her 'empire-building'.
Rather than do what any sensible pregnant woman (not to mention one having numerous medical issues) would do a couple of months back and say, 'well, looks like Aus is off the menu for the moment' - no embarrassment involved - she instead persisted with it up to last week because she in her usual, transparently inept manner, had boxed herself into a corner of spin and pride and stubbornness.
Why she can't just relax, stop the spinning and enjoy the last months or so of her pregnancy is beyond me. Talk about self-inflicted stress.

In order to be a good liar, you have to have a good memory. KP doesn't have a good memory, hence she constantly trips herself up and contradicts what she's previously said. Also, unfortunately for her, she's lived her life in the media spotlight, so if she's lying about something, chances are that someone will pick up on it (the recent Jodie Marsh 'joke' being a prime example).

The second picture could have been when she was pregnant on her daughter, she looks younger/hair is totally different not so botoxed and filled in with fillers and can't be bothered to look at last pic
I am convinced she is not pregnant..if I am wrong Iso be it but Katie has hidden her belly for a reason..and it's not for a big exclusive, she would have made money for the baby pics anyway, she is a liar.

I think she's definitely pregnant; I just think she's peeved because no-one gives a stuff this time; no exclusives, no tv shows etc. Keith is probably bricking it as the realisation dawns that his equipment has meant he will be tied to her - metaphorically speaking if nothing else - for life. I think the only reason she rushed to get preggers with him was to give it an air of respectability - when of course nothing could detract from the fact that she was marrying a penniless stripper who she'd known 10 minutes.
