I could do with less Peter Kay.

We get it. They're like your own family.

They really didn't get many different people to talk did they?

Glad it wasn't the same nobody types from those 'I Love' or '100 greatest' shows though.

Nice to see some of the funnier clips. Is it me or was JK Rowling a tad obsessed?
And is Peter Kay getting less funny?
Although him talking about sitting on the couch and not touching your brother or sister was funny.

Forgot Shelley from Corrie was in it. Great hair.

JK Rowling reminded me of myself when she kept spewing out very subtle and minor details about the Royle Family and the way she quoted everything exactly as it appeared. I'm like that with all films and TV shows I like. I don't have to obsess about learning everything there is to know - I just sort of take it all in.

I really enjoy Peter Kay normally, but every time he came on he started blathering away about his own family. Yes, it's funny, but aren't you supposed to be talking about something else? It was almost as though they chopped bits out of an unrelated interview and pasted them into a discussion about The Royle Family.

Perhaps they watch the show just like us and want to comment on it.

Seems it really bothers you as you've posted a simliar reply in the other thread as well

I really don't agree with most on this thread. I think to get JK rowling, Peter Kay, Johnny vegas etc was great. Normally it's Bob Mills (WHO?) and Vanessa Feltz on these type of shows. I really enjoyed the finale show and this tribute, thankyou BBC and all involved for this must see TV. TOP NOTCH!

I gotta agree (apart from R&J) - also include Noel Gallagher & Jimmy McGovern ...... ;)

    The clips were great :D

Loved JK's interpretations of character
