For dinner I cooked bankers and mash for the first time ever.

I only just discovered vegetarian sausages, I now love them.

I grow herbs in my balcony so I added Basil to the mash with a little garlic past, and bisto gravy of course.:p

As a bit of a chocoholic I got my self down to m&s and picked up one of those Belgian chocolate Jaffa spheres which have been on the telly recently. It is THE best thing I have eaten in a long time, the remaining one will not last long!

    PS whats an apple drop?

Thank-you, very much appreciated. :) It is difficult trying to manage at home, but I'm a lot better than I was!

Apple drops are these - like little buttons of dried apple, I love them. I love the blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry drops too. They go so nicely in cereal!

Today so far I have eaten:

Breakfast – 8:20am: Cornflakes with 150ml milk and raisins. 2x toast with Flora and Marmite. Cup of tea. Water
    11:30am (M&S): 2 cups of tea
Lunch – 2:05pm: 1x toast with Flora, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, lettuce and spring onion. Cup of tea
Afternoon snack – 3:30pm: Strawberry hearts and 12 grapes. Water. Diet Coke

    Later I have:

Dinner: Roast chicken with roast potatoes, a bit of stuffing, carrots, parsnips, swede and leeks (first roast dinner I have had since Christmas! :o My dad and his partner are cooking it too, which is a big thing for me because I can't see what's going in it. [Although my roast potatoes are now separate so no oil, and no butter in my vegetables]... Big thing for my dad too, because usually I do all the cooking here :D)

    And then later:

Night snack: Possibly apple crumble and custard (made by my dad). If I don't feel ready for that, then probably a yoghurt or a Nutrigrain bar. But I would like to try and have the pudding, I used to love apple crumble.

    Thank you chopism x
I was not sure if people would mind me always mentioning the bargains I find every single time I go shopping
[ The times vary - but luckily I always find bargains No matter when I go there ]

Lately all the items in the trolley are greatly reduced
Apart from just ***3 items*** which were NOT reduced ....and I paid the NORMAL price

This week I was in there On Monday from Noon till 2-30pm
and got 3 lots of shopping - all in ONE Trolley at Morrisons
    ......when I claimed my 3 x £10's = A total of £30 OFF my shopping bills
it is called the * £10 payback bonus vouchers*

Each week ALSO get £3 off every lot of shopping as well :)
    I do 3 shops some weeks which means I Regularly get 3 x £3 off ===== £9 off !!!!!
which is DEDUCTED after everything is totalled up
but === NOT on the Weeks that I **** claim my 3 Payback vouchers = each at £10 off ****

All the bargains I get are EXTRA savings -
The FULL price for the things I get would normally cost MANY pound more
I think I save £20 - £30 at least - on EACH shop I do -on the stack- of bargains I get .

You mainly find the Bread can be reduced down to 19p - Just in the last 45 minutes -

But lately I have got almost mountains of bagged salads when they mark them down to 19p at anywhere between 5-45pm and 6-30pm

The saving I make on salads is enormous as they have ALL originally been at least 99p - £1-45'ish per pack - sometimes more
and I often buy 12 twin - packs of salads ---- at just 19p a pop

I have been so lucky lately to get lots of
    Holland & Barrett's ****SLIM Noodles:p / Rice:p etc **** / WHICH ARE FANTASTIC
As well as Their own Bottles of **Cod liver oil with calcium and Cod liver oil with vitamins**
& I have got ALL the above in the 1p sale which is basically BOGOF
    & Free Delivery too :p

I hope you manage to find lots of bargains yourself -soon and often- :)
