What dessert after curry?

Tomorrow, I shall be making one of my beef curries that the family go mad for.
My son (adult) has expressed a desire for me to also make or purchase a dessert to follow.
Any suggestions?
I can't think of anything that could be eaten dessert wise after a curry.

I literally have no ideas or preferences.
I imagine we will be pretty full after the curry so imagine something light would be preferred.
My son is a gannet when it comes to food, but works out every day so burns it all off!
My curry books are under wraps as I'm re-papering the kitchen
I never order a third course in an Indian restaurant though - I couldn't.
A pannacotta with passion fruit? A mango sorbet?
Or what about deep fried bounty bars with pineapple wedges a la Nigella ?
Mango rice pudding
Mango lassi
Never had one, but seen it in plenty of Indian restaurants on the desert menu so it must be an authentic Indian desert.
Seriously though maybe something like a sorbet?
I have seen them in Sainsburys. I prefer to make my own.
After Eight mint and a complimentary Baileys.

This! Refreshing and cooling after a curry!
