Technical aerial/tv problem any ideas???

Basically, i have a tv connection downstairs and an aerial going upstairs to one other room which is connected to an freesat, what i want to do is to have freeview in another room.

Would you recommend a tv splitter to the other room or what other easy way could i go about this would you reckon?

    freesat and freeview are two different systems. Freesat is the one that uses a satellite dish. Are you sure you have Freesat?

    Once you are SURE you actually have a television aerial, then if you have a very strong signal, then you can split it with a passive splitter. If your signal is weak, then use a powered distribution amplifier to split the signal.
