On the Gold page on your Xbox One there's a tile on the left saying "Double Your Games". Click on that to go to the Xbox store and add it to your account.
It will then appear in your "ready to download" list.
No "Double Your Games" button showing is there a new way to add 360 games?

There is on my Xbox One. Go to the Gold Members Area and the should be a tile on the left that says "Double Your Free Games" - it's a link to Xbox.com that will let you add the 360 games to your account.
I still find it hard to work out why the XBL Games are not all compatible yet - surely creating a fully functioning emulator for the 360 on the XboxOne shouldn't be that hard as they have 100% access to code and schematics etc, its not like the MAME project where they are working blind on hundreds of different systems.
There must be many people like me who would like to get an XboxOne to play the new games but hate the idea of having to have the 360 sitting beside it just so i can play some Outrun2 and Galaga Legions...
16 games wouldn't be too bad, if they were the right games. For me, I've little interest in this wave. Beyond Portal. The last wave it was just Mass Effect. Slow going so far...

To be fair, that's subjective. There are a handful of games in this round that I'll be downloading, I just expected they would've managed to get permission to zap more than 16 more games across.
And that's something to remember: It's not necessarily MS's fault that games aren't appearing.

Of course, entirely subjective. That's why I put 'for me' ;-)
I don't blame MS per se for the slow rollout, but sometimes they don't really do themselves any favours. After the November titles were announced and mentions were made re Bioshock and BlOps, it would have been the easiest thing in the world to address the expectation that these were coming in December. Their own wording was what led many to that conclusion in the first place.
I just don't want this to become a monthly game of dangle the carrot....

Got a message last night with my tokens. Will download tonight
I haven't tried it myself, but it *should* do. AFAIK, all DLC for b/c games should work. Providing you purchased it for the 360 obviously.
Yeah, I got mine last night too, in two separate messages.
Love it though it makes my eyes bleed
No.

Not happy. No Bioshock and no Black Ops.

Just need ME2 & ME3 next and I can get rid of my 360...
ME2 and ME3 would be ideal. Add CoD4 and RDR and that would have me retiring mine as well!
What a total let down.
Ever since they mentioned the likes of black ops and Bioshock would be coming next I've been waiting and now like most of us, disappointed.
