Done a bit of research today into USB Bluetooth dongles, the cheapest I found was an unbranded budget ebuyer model at £18-ish inc delivery with some very bad reviews (unsurprisingly).

However, it then dawned on me to check John Lewis where I found the D-Link DBT-120 10m dongle (PC/Mac compatible and widely recommended - the same one Apple recommend, in fact).

(It's hard to find when searching as the main picture is wrong).

Anyway: add to cart, enter your card details, then type Mastercard in the box to get £15 off. Et voila, total inc delivery £18.90 - the Apple store charge about £40.

Hope this helps someone out there - ESPECIALLY the hard-done-by Mac users!

(I don't know if you have to use a Mastercard to get the discount. I have both but stupidly used my Visa and am now waiting with baited breath to see if the order is accepted or rejected. I doubt they will turn it down but if in doubt use a MC if possible!!).

Nice find!

I don't have a Mastercard so guess I wouldn't get the discount, but for those that do it sounds good!
