NTSC DVD's on a PAL TV Question

I have a few NTSC DVD's that I play on my multi-region DVD player on my widescreen TV. What I am asking is does anyone else see tiny horizontal lines going across the screen when playing an NTSC DVD? I know they have a lower resolution and a PAL TV has to accommodate this but does anyone else see this? Or is it just my TV and I need a better one?

yes i get these too but i just thought it was either my dvdplayer or TV not being able to show NTSC picture correctly. Although my dvdplayer has an option to convert NTSC picture to output as PAL but i still get these small lines.
