Is Tesco Internet Phone Down ??

Can anyone else with Tesco Internet Phone tell me if they are having problems connecting to the service please. I've only had the service for 3 days and for 2 of them have not been able to connect to the service or access the tesco internet phone part of their website - It says the link is broken.

Any similar experiences would be readduring that its not my setup thats to blame .

Been up and down for a while now.

Seems to be a problem between O2 and tesco (Freshtel Provide the VOIP service).

I bet you can't get to www.tescointernetphone.com and www.freshtelinternetphone.co.uk

I would advise ringing tesco (0845 045 0130) and report it as the more complaints the better.

Thanks, I rang customer services who told me the issue was down to the changing IP with O2.

He told me that it could take a while to resolve the issue and that the quick fix was to ask O2 for a static IP (which would cost me £5 extra a month - quite a bit since I only pay £7.50 for the service).

The end result was they couldn't tell me when it would be fixed so I took it back to Tesco and got my money back
