Wharfedale tv and relook 400s

I have the above and their is a remote control conflict problem ie both remotes sending the same signal but doing different things on both bits of equipment.

Any ideas ? jkm

You're going to give a bit more info if you want any meaningful replies...such as the TV model no...and what on earth is a "relook 400"?

Probably...but the point is...as you know Chris...we shouldn't have to research a product for the OP...he should be giving us as much info as possible.

True. But only a couple of seconds with google.

The only thing that may be a problem is the word Obsolete appearing on most of the webpages I found referring to the receiver. Which doesn't bode well for finding out any more detailed info on the beast. And I know finding details on Wharfedale TVs is a waste of time

Unless either device has a remote that can change "channel" you are stuffed basically.

I've seen remotes with a switch in the battery compartment that gives you a choice of operating "channels" to avoid this kind of conflict. Or there may be some obscure key sequence on the remote to change it.

However if your TV is anything like my mum's Wharfedale then it is fixed. Which is not good if the Relook is also fixed.
