The Nokia internet tablets are worth a look.

I've got an N800 with two 16gb SDHC cards in it. Big development community with some really nice media players available. Internet radio is great and it has stand and built in speakers so can be used as a radio...although the speakers are not much cop to be fair.

It's a bit bigger than an ipod touch but you don't have itunes or jailbreaking to do what you want with it. Oh and the web browser is based on the mozilla engine and has a flash plugin so browsing is very good.

There's also lots of mobile phones these days that can do music video and internet.

Another vote for the Nokia tablets here - my N800 goes everywhere with me. As well as the media capabilities and web browsing it's all the other stuff you can do with it too - mine is also my satnav among other things. And the plus side of being bigger than the touch is the higher resolution screen.
